This negotiator is incompetent, immature, and unprofessional at his job.  He would rather care about irrelevant elements instead of focusing on working toward a resolution for his client - Alert360 - by who he was hired to do so.

After this he proceeds to have a  "technical difficulty" with his QTOX account which further puts his client Alert360 at risk of a data leakage. After more than 24 hours later he reaches out from a different account proceeding with his usual B.S., incompetency, and unprofessionalism:
